Ronald Castor
CPA | Managing Firm Partner

Ron holds his Series 7 and 66 registrations and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Cetera Advisors, LLC. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kansas. Ron is also active in the community working as a youth coach and has spent a number of years as Treasurer for the Blue Valley Soccer Club.

Pam Peters
Staff Accountant

Pam joined the team in January 2002. Pam manages payroll for numerous clients. With a commitment to excellence and through timely filing and scheduling of payments, preparing W-2s and taking care of the details, Pam gives our clients confidence so that they can focus on their businesses. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University, and brings a wealth of experience with 15 years in the industry, including 5 years with Farmland Industries, Inc. where she quickly advanced to a supervisory position. When Pam is not in the office, she enjoys cooking, quilting, and spending time with her family. 

Cassandra Hernandez 
Administrative Assistant

Cassie joined the team in December 2017. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Hearing Pathology. She is a team player that is highly motivated to help others. Outside of the office she enjoys working out, reading, traveling and trying new restaurants.

Sean Jones
Staff Accountant

Sean joined the team in June 2017 as a staff accountant and completed an internship position with the firm during the summer. Sean completed various accounting tasks for clients on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Sean assured our clients that they had up to date financials and books. He also became a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. He will be graduating with his Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting in December of 2017 from Pittsburg State. Thereafter he plans on pursing his CPA certification. When he’s not in the office crunching numbers, he enjoys going to the gym and is an avid video gamer.

Deandra Wiler
Staff Accountant

Dede joined the team in May 2017. She received her Associate of Arts from JCCC and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at UMKC. She has experience with small businesses, with roles in administration and bookkeeping.  When Dede is not in the office she enjoys running, movies, and trying to keep up with her two toddlers.

Dave Kelsey
IT

Dave joined the team in 2008. Dave has over 30 years of IT Management experience. He has also enjoyed being an Usher for the Royals for the past 8 years. Go Royals! Dave ensures the office systems run smoothly so we can focus our attention on our clients.
